When is what you have and where you are in your life going to be enough? When will you realize that this moment is filled with abundance, an abundance that you are blind to see. Why can't you see it? Because you are focussed on wanting more and more and comparing yourself to other people's life. Isn't it exhausting to constantly want and want only to get what you desire and just want more. Isn't it exhausting to never be satisfied? You think that if you get the job you desire, the amount of money you desire, the partner you want, the lifestyle you want, the grade you want, the body you want, that you will be satisfied?
Well the reality is you will never be satisfied and will only want more and more. Until you make it a point to realize the gifts that are already here and that you are where you need to be in your life, you will always find something to want, desire and complain about.
Can you wake up each day making "thank you" a part of your vocabulary? Can you make "thank you" a meditation or prayer? Can you find at least one thing each day in which you can look at so deeply and say "thank you?"
When you start to allow yourself to notice what is already there in front of you, your desire for more will deteriorate. When you look at your life and try to see that it's perfectly orchestrated so amazingly, will the comparison game seize to exist. The choice is yours. Your feeling of lack is no one's fault but only a perception you chose to live by. I'm inviting you to slow down and fully see what's there. I'm not saying it's easy but I'm saying it's worth it. Thank You will be the two words that will change your life.
